Our clients receive 100% of their damages, without any deduction. We appreciate that our clients, who are often tenants on low incomes, cannot afford expensive legal costs. We have arranged our fees with this in mind.
We have been committed to fighting for tenants’ rights for over 16 years. After the virtual demise of Legal Aid for disrepair cases, we set up a fee structure enabling our clients to enforce their rights to have their property repaired. Without this, many of our clients would continue to endure appalling living conditions.
