At Bishop, Lloyd & Jackson, we specialise in:

Since establishing our London Solicitors firm in 1998, we have developed considerable expertise in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Medical Negligence, Housing, Family and Immigration Law. Our many years of experience allows us to represent our clients with a high degree of expertise and skill.

We have had numerous successes of considerable note, and these can be seen under our ‘Legal Articles’ tabs.

We firmly believe in dedicating ourselves to our clients' cause, and our company's ethos is founded on this principle. Our large number of word-of-mouth referrals (80%) demonstrates how much our clients value our service.

We believe in reasonable fees

Our clients' primary concern is the effective and affordable resolution of their cases.

We have adapted our services and costs to suit our clients’ needs.

We have an extremely high success rate in litigation cases. In over 80% of them, we win the cases and recover our clients’ costs from our opponents.

No win, no fee

We take on certain matters on a no-win, no-fee basis. This includes housing disrepair cases and some litigation cases.

We are proud to say that in housing disrepair cases we have an excellent success rate. These matters are carried out on a 'no-win, no-fee' basis. Our clients receive 100% of their damages, without any deduction. We appreciate that our clients, who are often tenants on low incomes, cannot afford expensive legal costs. We have arranged our fees with this in mind.

We have been committed to fighting for tenants’ rights for over 16 years. After the virtual demise of Legal Aid for disrepair cases, we set up a fee structure enabling our clients to enforce their rights to have their property repaired. Without this, many of our clients would continue to endure appalling living conditions.

Fixed fees

We are able to deal with divorce, our landlord services and immigration matters on a fixed- fee basis. Our clients have found this invaluable.
