Emaan Saeed

Emaan is a volunteer at Bishop Lloyd and Jackson Solicitors assisting with Business Development support alongside Legal Support.

Emaan currently studies Law at City, University of London (St George’s), where she is building her knowledge of legal principles while developing key skills in research, critical analysis, and advocacy. Her academic journey is complemented by her volunteering role, which has already given her meaningful exposure to client care and the realities of legal practice. This combination of study and hands-on experience is strengthening her commitment to a career in which the law can be used not only to resolve disputes but also to prevent injustices.

She has a particular interest in areas such as housing, discrimination, and access to justice, with a passion for addressing both individual rights and wider systemic inequalities. Beyond her volunteering, Emaan is actively involved in community initiatives and projects focused on empowerment and inclusion. She believes that empathy and understanding are at the heart of meaningful legal practice and continues to bring these qualities to both her studies and her voluntary work.
